The beautiful leaves of begonia in the Pot

Rex begonia is one type of begonia, which show the beauty of leaves. Actually this type of begonia also generate some flowers, but the flower is not too good for decoration, so if this begonia will be use for garnish should rex begonia flowers in the cut only. but this species is no longer interested in and replaced by the hybrids that many developing.

Begonia leaf has a variety of leaf shape that is a star, oval spread, and so forth. there are various sizes, from 1 feet until ½ inches.

Surface of leaves has layer of wax and feel soft, there is also has coarse and full wrinkle. Almost all of variety begonia leaf produces rhizoma spread underground. The growth of this plant are grow like weeds or climbing, there is also growing verticaly.

Begonia leaf does not like excessive water and direct sunlight, they need warm conditions. This type of Begonia is only able to survive for 1-2 years. However, this plant is very easy to increase

Some tips on how to look after begonia:

  • The warm conditions with temperature of at least 60 F
  • To take pleasure in a shady places, protected from direct sunlight
  • sprinkle at regular periods, try to keep it at dry surface, the leaves should not be wet
  • change of planting media in 1 year
  • with the growing stack leaves
  • If a plant indoors. Remove once a week to get the sunlight
  • Give fertilizer NPK (Nitrogen, Posfor, Potassium).
  • begonia green can be used as use to went down the body temperature, cleaning blood, and to press cough.

Membuat Daun Alocasia Lebih Memesona Alocasia merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman liar yang tumbuh di hutan. Sama seperti keluarga Araceae lainnya, keelokan Alocasia terpancar dari keindahan daun-daunnya. Sepintas, daun Alocasia memang mirip dengan Caladium, Colocasia, dan Xantoshoma . AGLONEMA

Setelah sukses disilangkan, banyak orang yang kini melirik tanaman satu ini. Warna daunnya menawan. Harganya pun langsung melejit ke angka jutaan rupiah per tanaman. Tanaman aglonema atau akrab disebut sri rejeki ini memiliki ragam spesies yang cukup banyak. Sebut saja Aglaonema Commutatum, yang bentuk daunnya seperti mata tombak dan berwarna hijau, dengan panjang daun sekitar 20 cm dan lebar 5 cm. Jenis aglonema ini mempunyai beberapa varietas terkenal, antara lain A. commutatum maculatum. Daunnya hijau gelap dengan sirip-sirip keperakan yang temaram. Juga A. commutatum treubi, berdaun hijau kebiru-biruan, lalu A. pseudo bracteatum, yang berdaun hijau dengan sirip kekuningan.
